Ellie Goulding
Ellie Goulding was born Elena Jane Goulding in Hereford on December 30, 1986. Ellie Goulding, a British artist and singer, gained notoriety in 2010 after her hit singles Guns and Horses and Starry Eyed attracted the attention of the public. Although she started out writing songs in a folk-inflected style, she eventually grew into a more electronic-influenced artist, touching upon dance music and ambient synth pop. The soprano's quirk and her capacity to create catchy and emotional songs put her in the forefront of contemporary mainstream music in addition to an independent and artful pop. Polydor Records offered her a deal as a major label. She started to plan for her debut.
