Alexa Meade measurements, bio, height, weight, shoe, and bra size
Being initially inspired by the shadows of trees she spotted on the grass, she spent months delving into a technique thatconversely did not convey the selected object as a two-dimensional image on canvas. Rather the subject is transformed into a representation of the subject and the canvas transforms into the medium for it's personal interpretation by painting, particularly when the subject is live or perishable objects for example, like humans or fruits. Alexa Meade's works are fleeting, but the photo is what remains. The painting and photography techniques are closely coordinated and result in a two-dimensional, flat area that is trompe l'oeil. Only certain parts of the image such as the hair, or eyes, reveal the third dimension. Meade sometimes incorporates painted models in the space surrounding them. This allows them to engage with the environment that she created. The distinctions between performance photography, and installation can be dissolved.
